Job Summary
Greets customers, processes sales transactions in the Point of Sale system, and presents products to meet agreed-upon monthly goals. Qualifies potential customers, resolves complaints, and manages inventory by stocking merchandise and adhering to FIFO policies. Collaborates with team members on in-store marketing, updates management on competitive activities, and alerts leadership of security issues. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role
- Detail oriented with a priority of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple goals and tasks
- Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
