Job Summary
Greet customers, manage POS transactions, and present wireless products and services to build authentic relationships. Qualify leads, expedite complaint resolution, and implement team sales initiatives while owning the market through grassroots marketing. Supply management with customer feedback, local competitive activity updates, and inventory aging policy compliance. Update inventory requests, stock merchandise, and alert management of security issues. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role
- Detail oriented with a priority of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple goals and tasks
- Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
- Proven successful sales track record
- Positive attitude
- Creative thinker
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work multiple locations
