Job Summary
Greet customers, process sales transactions using the POS system, and present products to meet agreed-upon monthly goals. Qualify leads, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships while managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and adhering to FIFO policies. Update management on competitive activities and supply requests, alerting them to security issues. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role
- Detail oriented with a priority of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple goals and tasks
- Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
- Proven successful sales track record
- Positive attitude
- Creative thinker
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work multiple locations
- Willingness to coexist in a diverse work environment and customer base
