Job Summary
Greets customers, manages sales transactions, and processes receipts using the Point of Sale system while presenting and selling wireless products. Qualifies customer needs, resolves complaints to maximize satisfaction, and maintains positive business relationships. Implements in-store marketing initiatives, updates inventory requests, and stocks merchandise while complying with FIFO policies. Alerts management of security issues and competitive activities, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed. Requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role
- Detail oriented with a priority of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple goals and tasks
- Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
- Proven successful sales track record
- Positive attitude

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
