Job Summary
Wireless Sales Consultant responsible for identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding personal sales goals, staying knowledgeable about wireless products and services, partnering with the store team to promote offers, maintaining merchandising standards, safeguarding customer privacy and assets, and providing excellent service by resolving customer concerns and soliciting feedback. Must be capable of communicating effectively, coaching others, planning and prioritizing daily tasks, and identity opportunities to create value for customers and business units. Includes learning and development opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Demonstrates strong selling ability
- Demonstrates ability to coach others
- Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers
