Job Summary
Wireless Sales Consultant delivering customer experience in the wireless department. You identify and convert wireless/wireline sales opportunities, meet personal sales goals, stay knowledgeable on products/services, and partner with the store team to promote offers. Maintain merchandising standards, support asset protection and privacy, engage customers through multiple channels, resolve concerns or escalate to management as needed, and drive referrals. Must be capable of effective communication, coaching others, and applying a proactive, results-oriented approach to serve customers and contribute to store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Demonstrates strong selling ability
- Demonstrates ability to coach others
- Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively handle daily responsibilities and serve customers
