Job Summary
Connect, share, and partner with customers to identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities while meeting and exceeding their needs. Be an expert with product and services, reconnect with clients to solicit feedback, and promote additional offerings that create value. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless products, and encourage referrals. Achieve personal sales goals, maintain merchandising standards including pricing, and support asset protection and privacy procedures. Effectively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management as appropriate. Stay updated through internal communication channels to share expertise with the larger store team and other business units.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Demonstrates strong selling ability
- Demonstrates ability to coach others
- Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively to handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers
