Job Summary
Connect, share, and partner with customers to identify and convert wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help clients meet their needs by acting as an expert on products and services, then follow up to solicit feedback and promote additional value. Partner with the store team to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless, and encourage referrals. Maintain merchandising standards, pricing, and asset protection procedures while resolving customer concerns or escalating to management. Achieve personal sales goals and stay updated through internal communication channels. Requires 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales experience, customer focus, and strong selling ability.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
