Job Summary
Wireless Sales Consultant specializing in customer experience in the wireless department. Drives customer-focused sales by identifying and converting wireless and wireline opportunities, building awareness of offers with the store team, and achieving personal sales goals. Responsibilities include partnering with the team to present current pricing, maintaining merchandising standards, handling customer concerns and escalations to management, and staying informed through internal channels. Requirements include 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience, strong selling ability, excellent communication, organization, and a technology-savvy, curious, and approachable demeanor.
