Job Summary
Wireless Sales Consultant responsible for identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding personal sales goals, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the wireless department. You will partner with the store team to promote offers, solicit feedback, and drive referrals, while staying knowledgeable about wireless products, services, and trends and effectively communicating with customers across multiple channels.
Required Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Demonstrates strong selling ability
- Demonstrates ability to coach others
- Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to effectively handle their daily responsibilities and serve our customers
