Job Summary
Deliver five-star customer service by processing new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories. Merchandise and handle inventory, including opening and closing the store, while striving to hit sales goals as an individual contributor and team member. Provide personalized wireless solutions for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon products at The Mobile Center and NexConnect locations on military bases. Requires full-time flexible availability, a background check, and authorization to access military bases.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Full-time flexible availability
- Passage of a background check and authorization to access military bases
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
