Job Summary
Wireless Sales position in Walmart in Roanoke, AL. Responsible for selling wireless products and services in a retail setting, engaging customers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans, guiding customers to suitable solutions, and meeting sales goals. Includes handling customer inquiries, building relationships with customers and team members, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and submitting paperwork accurately. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior sales/retail experience is a plus; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training provided; base pay with uncapped commission and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
