Job Summary
Wireless Sales Pro in Walmart environment selling post-paid/pre-paid wireless plans, accessories, and services. Engage customers, uncover needs, and recommend products to meet goals; maintain professional interactions, direct customers to displays, document and report sales, and contribute to team results. Role includes paid training, base pay with uncapped commission, daily pay, and opportunities for career growth; requires strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, high integrity, and ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays; 6 months sales/retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
