Job Summary
Sell products and services in a Walmart retail environment, focusing on wireless plans, accessories, and service options. Drive customer engagement, uncover needs, demonstrate solutions, and build relationships to meet monthly sales goals. Provide courteous assistance, escort customers to displays, document and report sales, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets. This role emphasizes in-store/kiosk activity with paid training, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and opportunities for growth; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
