Job Summary
Wireless Sales role in-store at Walmart (Monroeville, AL). Responsibilities include selling wireless products and services, promoting post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans and accessories, engaging customers, guiding them to displays, assessing needs, and advising on suitable products. Maintain a professional customer experience, document and report sales, collaborate with team to meet goals, and sustain a clean, organized workstation. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of prior sales/retail/telecom experience; strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role features base pay with uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time retail sales position with no door-to-door or telemarketing, and it is with 2020 Companies representing Walmart Wireless Sales Program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
