Job Summary
Welcome customers in the wireless services section, engage them about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans, and assess needs to suggest appropriate products. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas while accurately documenting and reporting all sales activity. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
