Job Summary
Welcome customers in the wireless services section, engage with consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans, and assess needs to suggest products. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and document all activity accurately. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission with immediate hire and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
