Job Summary
Work in the wireless services section of a local Walmart store, engaging consumers about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans. Welcome customers, politely offer solutions, and escort them to displays to assess needs and suggest products. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas while accurately documenting and reporting all sales activity. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and submit paperwork completely. This role involves no door-to-door or cold calling. You will earn a base plus uncapped commission with immediate on-demand pay options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
