Job Summary
Welcome customers in the wireless services section, engage them about carrier plans and accessories, and assess needs to suggest products. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document all activity. Direct customers to displays, offer assistance, and ensure the workstation remains clean and organized. Submit paperwork completely and maintain customer confidentiality while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
