Job Summary
Welcome customers in the wireless services section of your local Walmart store, engaging them about post-paid/pre-paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans. Assess customer needs, suggest products, and escort clients to displays to build confidence in their selections. Collaborate with your team to meet monthly sales quotas and accurately document all transactions while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Submit paperwork completely and communicate activity to Retail Operations. Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees, politely offering solutions and overcoming objections without door-to-door or cold calling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
