Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and ensuring store functions from sales to inventory meet or exceed goals. Oversee personalized solutions beyond standard plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, while resolving issues with patience and empathy. Manage operational, financial, and performance metrics to drive sales, complete required training on digital tools and troubleshooting, and build relationships with cross-channel employees to handoff small business leads. Work full-time hours (45) in a fast-paced environment, leveraging wireless sales experience to deliver a seamless, run-around-free customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
