Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager leading a team of Retail Sales Associates at Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff; building a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment; meeting or exceeding personal and team KPIs and sales volume; coaching team members for exceptional customer experiences; developing team members for career progression; ensuring location operations comply with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines; executing promotional roll-outs and inventory procedures; and modeling professional conduct. Requires 2+ years of retail leadership experience, strong sales and leadership track record, travel to multiple district locations, and the ability to work with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
