Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associates at Your Wireless; interview, hire, schedule, and supervise staff; drive personal and location KPIs and sales volume; ensure exceptional customer experience; manage store operations, promotions, and inventory; travel to multiple locations within the district as needed; maintain flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; demonstrate enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service; mentor team members for career growth; comply with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
