Job Summary
Retail Store Manager at Your Wireless (Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer) leading a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates in CT and other states. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff; coaching team to deliver exceptional customer experiences; meeting personal and team KPIs and sales volume; developing team members for growth; ensuring store adherence to Verizon and Your Wireless guidelines; executing promotional rollouts and inventory procedures; modeling professional conduct. Requires experience in retail leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to travel within district as needed, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles required
- Ability to travel to assigned locations within district as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
