Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager responsible for leading and coaching a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates, achieving KPIs and store goals, and ensuring operational execution across Your Wireless locations. Responsibilities include hiring/interviewing, scheduling and supervising staff, coaching for exceptional customer experience, developing team members for advancement, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and maintaining professional conduct. Required skills include 2+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, ability to travel within the district, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proven sales/leadership achievements. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; expected to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction across multiple store locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management/leadership role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for retail and customer service
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
