Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates at Your Wireless — Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team; meeting or exceeding personal and team KPIs and sales volume; coaching daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences; developing team skills to advance within Your Wireless; ensuring location operations align with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines; executing promotional rollouts and inventory procedures as directed; and traveling to assigned district locations as needed. Requires 2+ years retail leadership experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for retail and wireless products, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
