Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates to drive sales and meet KPIs in a multi-location retail environment. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff; coaching team members for exceptional customer experiences; developing employees for career growth; ensuring store operations align with Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines; executing promotions and inventory procedures; and maintaining strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-service focus. Requires 2+ years retail leadership experience, ability to travel to multiple locations within the district, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to assigned locations in district
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
