Job Summary
Lead the Retail Team as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how to help customers continue their shopping journey and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Ensure the store meets sales goals by overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to new store programs, while selling personalized solutions ranging from unique accessories to IoT devices. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy, using digital tools to explain coverage, plans, and troubleshooting. Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and handoff small business leads. Complete trainings on in-store experience and systems, maintaining a seamless, run-around-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
