Job Summary
Lead the retail team as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how to help customers continue their shopping journey from online or customer care channels to in-store. Explore individual needs by providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and selling personalized solutions beyond standard device and service plans. Ensure the store meets sales goals by overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to implementing new programs. Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy, resolving issues to create a seamless customer experience. Build strong peer relationships across channels to collectively own the customer journey and successfully identify small business leads. Complete required trainings on in-store experience, systems, and troubleshooting while maintaining full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
