Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on technology demonstrations, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and ensuring store sales goals are met through personalized device and service solutions. Oversee all store functions from inventory to new program implementation while resolving customer issues with patience and empathy. Partner with cross-channel employees to collectively own the customer experience, identify small business leads, and maintain seamless operations. Complete required trainings on in-store experience and digital tools to enhance interactions. Full-time availability of 45 hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
