Job Summary
Lead the retail team as a brand ambassador, demonstrating how to help customers continue their shopping journey and providing hands-on tech demonstrations. Oversee all store functions to ensure sales goals are met, from managing inventory to implementing new programs. Sell personalized solutions beyond basic plans, including accessories and IoT devices, while resolving issues with patience and empathy. Build relationships with cross-channel employees to collectively own the customer experience and handoff small business leads. Complete trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting to actively demonstrate our services. Ensure the store remains at its best while maintaining a fun, first-class customer environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
