Job Summary
Lead the Retail Team as the brand ambassador, demonstrating how to help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs by providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals while overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to new store programs. Sell personalized solutions beyond device plans, including unique accessories and IoT devices, with patience, honesty, and empathy. Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and handoff small business leads. Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, and systems, while proficiently using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
