Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and resolving issues across online, care, and in-store channels. Ensure the store meets sales goals by overseeing inventory, implementing new programs, and selling personalized solutions including IoT devices and accessories. Partner with cross-channel employees to collectively own the customer experience, handoff small business leads, and maintain a seamless, run-around-free environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, system reviews, and troubleshooting while upholding core values in a fast-paced sales setting. Full-time availability (45 hours) required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
