Arch Telecom is hiring a Wireless Retail Store Manager (RSM) for the Shippensburg, PA location to lead a retail team for a Wireless Preferred Retailer. The role focuses on leading the store team, driving sales, delivering in-store demonstrations of the latest technology, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, inventory, and implementation of store programs; building personalized solutions for customers; training and developing staff; partnering with cross-channel teams to resolve issues and capture business leads; and fostering a energetic, customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates bring wireless sales experience, leadership ability, strong communication skills, and comfort with operational and financial performance management. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs; full-time availability (approximately 45 hours).
