Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest wireless technology. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while ensuring goals are met. Sell personalized solutions beyond standard plans, including accessories and IoT devices, by uncovering individual customer needs with patience and empathy. Partner with cross-channel employees to resolve issues, identify small business leads, and maintain a seamless customer experience. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting to actively demonstrate our services.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
