Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and resolving issues across online, care, and in-store channels. Oversee all store functions to ensure sales goals are met, while building deep relationships with customers to uncover personalized needs and recommend IoT solutions. Manage inventory, implement new store programs, and partner with cross-channel employees to create a seamless customer experience. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting, and successfully identify small business leads. Maintain a fast-paced, empathetic environment focused on first-class service and company success.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
