Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and IoT devices. Oversee all store functions to ensure sales goals are met, from managing inventory and implementing new programs to resolving issues with patience and empathy. Partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, successfully handoff small business leads, and maintain a seamless, run-around-free environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, system inspections, and troubleshooting while building strong peer relationships. Full-time availability for 45 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
