Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device selections, and resolving issues to ensure seamless service. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Provide personalized solutions beyond standard plans, showcasing latest technology and IoT devices to drive revenue. Partner with cross-channel employees to own the customer experience, hand off small business leads, and maintain a fast-paced, fun environment focused on deep customer relationships. Complete required trainings on digital tools and troubleshooting to enhance in-store interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
