Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on customer service, guiding shoppers through device demonstrations, and resolving issues across online and in-store channels. Oversee all store functions to ensure sales goals are met, from inventory management to implementing new programs. Partner with cross-channel employees to identify small business leads and maintain a seamless customer experience. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting while upholding brand values. Full-time availability (45 hours) required with a $1500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
