Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and resolving inquiries across online and in-store channels. Oversee all store functions including sales targets, inventory management, and the implementation of new programs to ensure goals are met. Partner with cross-channel employees to collectively own the customer experience, handoff small business leads, and maintain a seamless, run-around-free environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, system reviews, and troubleshooting while adhering to full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
