Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Store Manager for Mobile Generation leading a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates at Midwest locations. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff; coaching to deliver an exceptional customer experience using the defined sales process; meeting or exceeding personal and team KPIs; ensuring adherence to Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines; executing promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other duties; setting a positive, goal-oriented store environment and modeling professional conduct. Requires significant retail leadership experience, ability to travel within the Midwest, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business, managing team members
- Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
- Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
