Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, uncovering customer needs, and providing personalized solutions ranging from device recommendations to IoT accessories. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation to ensure goals are met and the environment remains seamless. Collaborate with cross-channel partners to resolve issues, handoff small business leads, and maintain lightning-fast network coverage demonstrations. Complete required trainings on systems and processes while embodying brand values through patience, honesty, and empathy in every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
