Job Summary
Lead the retail team as a brand ambassador by demonstrating hands-on technology solutions, uncovering individual customer needs, and recommending personalized device and service plans. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals. Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, partner with cross-channel employees to create a seamless experience, and successfully handoff small business leads. Complete required trainings on digital tools, system inspections, and troubleshooting to maintain lightning-fast network coverage and superior service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
