Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values and guiding customers through their shopping journey, from online to in-store. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, uncover individual needs, and recommend personalized device and service solutions including IoT accessories. Oversee all store functions to ensure sales goals are met, manage inventory, and implement new programs. Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy while building relationships with employees across channels to create a seamless experience. Successfully identify and handoff small business leads, complete required trainings on systems and processes, and maintain proficiency in digital tools for onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
