Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and uncovering personalized solutions that extend beyond basic plans. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation to ensure goals are met. Build deep relationships with customers and partners across channels to resolve issues and handoff small business leads while maintaining a seamless, run-around-free environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting to deliver a first-class customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
