Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and program implementation to meet or exceed sales goals. Partner with cross-channel employees to identify small business leads and maintain a run-around-free environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, network coverage, and troubleshooting while upholding core values in a fast-paced sales environment. Full-time availability required with competitive compensation, ESOP, and career advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
