Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and IoT solutions. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while ensuring goals are met. Sell personalized solutions beyond standard plans, troubleshoot device and account issues, and partner with cross-channel employees to resolve customer problems seamlessly. Complete required trainings on digital tools, systems, and processes to enhance interactions. Maintain a fast-paced environment focused on customer needs, patience, and empathy while successfully identifying and handing off small business leads.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
