Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values, guiding customers through their shopping journey, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and IoT devices. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while ensuring sales goals are met. Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, partner with cross-channel employees to create a seamless experience, and successfully handoff small business leads. Complete required trainings on systems, processes, and digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
