Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating brand values and guiding customers through their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology, uncover individual needs, and sell personalized solutions ranging from unique accessories to IoT devices. Ensure the store meets sales goals by overseeing all functions from sales and inventory to new program implementation. Maintain a seamless customer experience by resolving issues, identifying small business leads, and partnering with employees across channels. Complete required trainings on in-store experience, systems, and troubleshooting while building strong peer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
