Job Summary
Lead the retail team by demonstrating hands-on product knowledge, guiding customers through device demonstrations, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Oversee all store functions including sales, inventory, and new program implementation while driving personalized solutions that exceed sales goals. Collaborate with cross-channel partners to identify small business leads and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Complete required trainings on digital tools, systems, and troubleshooting processes to actively demonstrate network coverage and service plans. Manage operational and performance metrics to keep the store at its best. Full-time availability of 45 hours required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (45 hours) availability
